Delayed Accounts

We recognise, with our auditor, that our Statement of Accounts for 2022-23 and 2023-24 are delayed. The reason for the delay was that in earlier discussion with the auditor it was agreed that we should concentrate on resolving issues with earlier years rather than working on the more recent statements of accounts.

We are in the process of finalising the statement of accounts for 2022-23 and that will be placed on deposit at the end of this week. Thereafter the work on the 2023-24 statements of accounts will be finalised and those statements will be placed on deposit by the end of February.

We are in discussion with the auditor over their arrangements and ours for ensuring that they can issue their opinion on those statements of accounts and will provide such updates as you require on those arrangements.
